Next to downtown. Perfect for quick one night stay while visiting the ruins at a moderate price.
Rooms too humid, hotel needs renovation.

The only thing I liked was the time we were leaving that hell!!!!!
The receptionist had communication problems, rooms were dirty, there were things walking in the bathroom, the location was awful, the pool more than dirty. It was immpossible to stay there and left within the first 15 minutes. Do not ever go to this hotel!

This hotel is centrally located and near many attractions. It is easy to explore the city and nearby jungle from here. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean.
Nothing to mention.

I've read some of the previous comments and I must disagree with most of them. The staff was very friendly, namely the receptionist, always trying to help us in any possible way. The hotel has a small pool, which is more than good, especially considering the high temperatures at this time of the year. And, in opposition to what was preciously said, I must say that the water was very clean!!! The breakfast is a continental breakfast with coffee, toasts, butter, different jams and fruit. It's good enough to start the day. The location is also excellent: right in the central square. A bit noisy, of course, but nothing that would avoid a good night sleep. Ok, it's true: the facilities are old, but our room was very clean and spacious and the wi-fi service worked very well. I do recommend this hotel.
Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work in our room and there was no hot water in the shower. Fortunately that wasn't a issue for us, considering that the temperatures were above 30ºc...

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city! We enjoyed the convenience of walking to all the local shops and restaurants. The room itself had a great view of the city and it was incredibly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed directions. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and towels included in our room.
While we had a great room with an excellent view, we were disappointed that the breakfast buffet wasn't included in the rate and was quite expensive. , the pool area wasn't well-maintained and we didn't use it during our stay.

The hotel was located very conveniently for exploring the nearby jungle and ruins. We were right on the town square, which made us feel closer to the local culture. the room was clean and air-conditioned, providing a comfortable place to rest. the staff was friendly and accommodating, with great wakeup service for early tours.
The breakfast was not included, which we found disappointing.
